This site is operated by Bonsai Supplies, a registered business name of Handee Solutions Pty Ltd, based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, ABN 85 679 291 797.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We try to keep product descriptions, particle sizes, volumes and stock accurate, but availability can change. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund it.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is completed through Square's secure checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Shipping

Shipping is free within Australia. Dispatch times and carriers are set out on the shipping page.

Returns and refunds

Our returns and refunds policy is set out on the returns & refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
