If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will put it right.
Damaged on arrival
Email hello@bonsaisupplies.com.au with a photograph within seven days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund it.
Faulty or not as described
If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery as long as it is unopened and unused. Post it back to us and we will refund the item, or exchange it for another item if you prefer, once it arrives; you pay the return postage.
How to start a return
Email hello@bonsaisupplies.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps and the return address. You do not need to pay return postage for a damaged or faulty item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Square, usually within five business days of the return being agreed.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
