This policy explains what information Bonsai Supplies collects when you use this site and place an order, and how it is used.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect the name, email address, delivery address and order details needed to fulfil and dispatch it. Your cart is stored only in your own browser until checkout.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Square. Your card details are entered on Square's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by Bonsai Supplies. Square's handling of your data is covered by Square's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your details to process payment, dispatch your order, send a receipt and order updates, and respond to any enquiry. Square adds your email to our customer list so we can service your order. We may occasionally email past customers about products relevant to a previous order, such as soil before the repotting season; every such email includes a way to opt out, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Cookies and storage

This site stores your shopping cart in your browser's local storage. It does not require advertising cookies to function.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Standard server logs may be processed by Cloudflare and Square as part of providing their services.
